Peter Fitzpatrick
President, Co-Founder
Prior to founding Home Team Marketing, Peter worked at numerous positions within the sports marketing and media industry: General Manager of Cornell University Sports Marketing with Host Communications, Media Supervisor with Anheuser-Busch, and Sales Representative with Fox Sports Net. Both the A-B and Fox Sports positions were in New York, where Peter learned the sports business primarily through television deals. Peter received his BS from Cornell University in 1994 and was a member of the football team for four years, earning All-Ivy honors as a senior. Peter currently resides in Fairview Park, Ohio with his wife Jennifer and their four children. In 2009 Peter was nominated for the prestigious Street & Smith’s Sports Business Journal Forty Under 40 Award. He recently was chosen to be a panelist for the Association of Corporate Growth, on the topic of NEO’s Hidden Gems.

Which Character from a TV show do you feel you relate to: I don't know if I relate to him, but I like Sawyer from "Lost". He's the only one who realizes that what they are going through is crazy.
Proudest High School Moment: Being on the Ohio High School Football State Championship teams in 1988 and 1989.
Regan Fitzpatrick
Senior Vice-President, Co-Founder
Before beginning HTM, Regan served in numerous positions within the sports-marketing and media industry: Grey Advertising as a Media Planner and Buyer, Major Market Networks and Turner Sports as a Sales Planner. Both positions were in New York, where Regan also learned the sports business primarily through television deals. Regan received his BA from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1996 and was a member of the football team for four years - earning All-America honors as a senior. Regan has volunteered as a CYO football coach. Regan currently resides in Bay Village, Ohio, with his wife Shane and their three children.

If you won $20 million in the lottery, what would you do with the money: Create either a national or Ohio specific high school sports Hall of Fame.
Patrick Spear
Vice-President, School Services
Patrick is responsbile for developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with all HTM partner schools across the United States. In addition, Patrick is also responsible for overseeing the execution of the sponsorships at the individual high schools. While studying Business at Cleveland State University, Patrick was one of the original founders of HTM in 2001. He was featured in the “Twenty in their 20s” article in Crain’s Cleveland Business. Patrick resides in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, with his wife Hilary and their two sons.

Jake Fitzpatrick
Vice-President, State Associations
Jake is currently responsible for Sponsor Sales and State High School Athletic Association partnerships. Jake was a recipient of a Presidential Leadership Scholarship and received his Bachelor of Science from Marquette University School of Business in 2001.

Gary Melle
Vice-President
Currently a Vice President, Gary is responsible for the overall strategic and operational aspects of Home Team Marketing’s growth throughout the Southwest. Prior to joining Home Team Marketing, Gary spent a number of years working as a Sales Representative for NBC Universal. Previous experiences included a sales and marketing role for Harrington, Righter, and Parsons, where he first learned the television ad sales business, and a position with the Dallas Cowboys Silverstar Network. Gary and his wife Amy have three daughters and reside in Dallas. For the past three years Gary has taken a active role in the St. Monica's Dad's Club, volunteering his time as the Sports Chair for their annual auction and casino. Gary also plays soccer in his spare time.

Ann Shea
Chief Financial Officer
Ann Shea is the Chief Financial Officer of Home Team Marketing. She graduated from Cleveland State
University in 1990 with a BBS majoring in accounting and obtained her CPA license shortly after. Her work
experience began at Deloitte & Touche where she spent 5 years on the audit staff working on clients
including non-profits, SEC corporations and closely held corporations. From there she worked in the
accounting department at Charter One Bank. Her duties at Charter one primarily consisted of financial
reporting and regulatory reporting. She worked there for 4 years. Ann worked for Financial Management Inc.
from 2000 until 2004. Responsibilities there included 1040 tax preparation and various client projects. Ann
resides in Cleveland, OH with her husband and their four children.
